What we collect, and what we do with it.

The enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, your email address, and your message — plus your company and a rough count of customer tenants if you choose to give them. The form will not submit without a name, an email address and a message.

That enquiry is sent to us as an email, through a transactional email provider, with your address set as the reply-to so we can answer you. We use it to reply and to work out whether a pilot makes sense. It is not added to a mailing list, and there is no automated sequence behind the form.

We do not publish a retention schedule for enquiry email, and we are not going to invent one here. If you want to know what we still hold, or want it deleted, write to [email protected] and we will tell you and act on it.

What the site stores in your browser

One thing: whether you chose light or dark, kept in your browser’s local storage so the site does not flip on you between pages. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no third-party cookies on this site.

What the site loads from elsewhere

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser contacts that service to fetch them. Everything else — every screenshot, script and stylesheet — comes from this site.

Spam protection

The form carries a hidden field that people never see and automated submitters usually fill in, and it counts how long the page was open before submission. Both are used only to discard obvious automated traffic. We also limit how many messages one connection can send in a short period.
